Stopping off to visit the family
My penultimate stop was with my uncle Richard in Madisonville, Kentucky. Thankfully I crossed Tennessee with no problem and arrived at Richard at about midnight. He showed my around his hen houses, in which he rears chickens for sale, needless to say using his own pickup truck (one of three!). Was a pretty cool day, good to relax a bit and have someone else take me places and show me the sights. The only downer was that when I was leaving that evening the low coolant warning light came, so stopped and checked it but all seemed ok. So close to camp but yet so far to go. Onwards!!
